Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2026-10-13

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Mario Fernández Osorio, a self-employed professional with Tax ID 49392036L and address at Calle Pablo de Olavide 19, 28830 San Fernando de Henares (Madrid), España, trading as NeoTactIQ. Contact: [email protected].

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account, subscribes to a plan or buys a course. By doing so you confirm you have read and accepted them. You can save or print them from this page.

2. What you purchase

  • NeoTactIQ plans (Coach, Coach Pro, Club and Professional): subscription access to the application, with the features, teams, users and storage described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. The Professional plan is contracted under a specific agreement.
  • Courses: online training with lessons, a final test and a certificate, bought with a one-off payment or included in some plans.
  • Free features, such as the tactics board, which may change or be withdrawn.

3. Account

Using the application requires a personal account, for people aged 14 or over; to subscribe to a plan or buy a course you must be an adult. Anyone contracting on behalf of a club confirms they are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity in your account. Let us know as soon as you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are those published on the website or in the application at the time of purchase and include the applicable VAT.

Payment is made by card through Stripe, which processes the payment data; NeoTactIQ never sees or stores it. You will receive the invoice by email.

If we change the price of a plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and the new price will only apply from the next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

5. Subscriptions: renewal and cancellation

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) and the next one is charged, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the application (Settings → Billing). After the withdrawal period, cancelling stops the renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid, with no refund for the unused part.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we notify you. If the subscription ends unpaid, the account loses access to the plan features; the club’s files are kept for 30 days so you can recover them or subscribe again.

6. Right of withdrawal

Plans: you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. If you cancel within that period, we refund the full amount and access ends at that moment. A renewal does not start a new period.

Courses: they are digital content supplied from the moment of purchase. To buy one we ask for your express consent to start immediately and your acknowledgement that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal (article 103.m of the Spanish consumer protection law). If the course does not work or does not match its description, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

To withdraw or make a claim you can use the application itself or write to [email protected].

7. Courses and certificates

A purchased course can be taken with no time limit while it is available; if we stop selling it, those who have it keep access. A course included in a plan is available while you have that plan; if you lose it, you can buy the course and keep your progress.

A course is completed by finishing all lessons and passing the final test with the stated minimum score. The certificate shows your name, the course, its duration, the score and the date, plus a code anyone can use to verify it. If a course is refunded, its certificate is revoked.

Courses are for your personal use: they may not be shared, recorded or redistributed.

8. Your data and your club’s data

The data and content you enter belong to you or your club. You can export them and, when the service ends, ask for them to be deleted.

For personal data the club enters about its players, families and staff (including minors and health data), the club is the controller and NeoTactIQ the processor, under article 28 of the GDPR. Under these terms NeoTactIQ undertakes to:

  • process that data only to provide the service and following the club’s instructions;
  • keep it confidential and require the same of anyone who accesses it;
  • apply appropriate security measures;
  • use only the providers listed in the Privacy policy, under the same obligations, and give notice of changes;
  • help the club respond to data subjects’ requests and meet its obligations, and notify it without delay of any security breach;
  • at the end of the service, return or delete the data as the club chooses, unless the law requires it to be kept;
  • make available to the club the information needed to demonstrate compliance.

The club undertakes to have a legal basis for that data, to inform the people concerned and, for minors, to obtain their parents’ or guardians’ authorisation.

9. Community

The NeoTactIQ League, Debates and Job offers have their own rules of use. Content shared with the community is reviewed before publication or may be removed if it breaks the rules. The League competition also has its own terms.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, publish content that infringes third-party rights, try to access other clubs’ data, resell access without authorisation or interfere with the platform. If these terms are breached we may suspend or close the account, giving notice beforehand where possible.

11. Availability, support and liability

We work to keep the service available and error-free, with daily backups, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Support is provided in the application and by email.

Except where the law does not allow it (in particular, towards consumers), NeoTactIQ’s liability for damage arising from the service is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version with its date and give 30 days’ notice to anyone with an active plan. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

13. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any complaint, please write to [email protected] first. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction and you may also contact your regional consumer services; otherwise, the courts of Madrid.
