This notice governs access to and use of the website and the NeoTactIQ application. By browsing them you accept it. Purchases of plans and courses are also governed by the Terms and conditions of sale, and personal data by the Privacy policy.

3. Use of the website and application

You agree to use the website and the application lawfully and in good faith, and in particular not to:

  • introduce programs, viruses or any code that may damage NeoTactIQ or third-party systems;
  • try to access accounts, data or areas you are not authorised to access;
  • publish unlawful or offensive content, content that infringes third-party rights, or personal data without a legal basis;
  • use the platform to send unsolicited advertising or to scrape data in bulk.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The software, design, texts, videos and other content of NeoTactIQ, as well as the trademark and logo, belong to their owner or to third parties who have authorised their use. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without authorisation, except for your own use of the service.

Content created by users (drills, sessions, set plays, reports…) belongs to them. NeoTactIQ only uses it to provide the service and, for content shared with the community, under the terms accepted when sharing it.

5. Liability

NeoTactIQ works to keep the website and application running without interruptions or errors, but cannot guarantee this at all times. It is not liable for damage resulting from use contrary to this notice, interruptions beyond its control, or content published by users.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of Madrid.
