One profile for the context of every tracked player
The player profile keeps the information needed to understand who you are following and what is known at that point.
You can record personal details, age, category, position, current club, height and weight, together with contact information, family or guardians, and representative or agency where relevant. The follow-up can also include an N/10 rating and notes from the observer.
NeoTactIQ does not rate the player automatically. Ratings and notes remain the judgement of the people doing the scouting.
A pipeline that shows where every follow-up stands
Not every tracked player is at the same stage. NeoTactIQ uses a set of statuses so the scouting base does not become a flat list.
These statuses distinguish a newly added player from someone already observed, currently on trial or at the end of the process. The list view also supports search and filters by category, status and position so you can find the group you need to review.

“Scouted by”: the observation has an author, the knowledge belongs to the club
Each observation can keep a “scouted by” reference so the club knows who contributed that follow-up. That allows several authorised people to work from the same base instead of creating separate recruitment folders.
For example, a coach spots a player at a tournament and proposes them for follow-up. A scout then watches the player and updates the profile. Sporting management later reviews the history and makes the relevant football decision.
NeoTactIQ does not make that decision for them. It keeps the context shared so the information can continue from one action into the next.
Photos and video inside the profile
An observation gains context when visual material can stay with it. The material can remain alongside the player's details, notes and process status instead of being separated across phones and folders.
This is storage connected to the player profile. It is not presented as automatic video analysis or automatic player comparison.
